Summary
Two areas of parallel cultivation marks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery immediately to the south of The River Stour, Sturminster Marshall. It is partially visible on recent lidar imagery and is considered to be medieval or post medieval ridge and furrow. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Two areas of parallel cultivation marks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery [1-2] immediately to the south of The River Stour, Sturminster Marshall. It is considered to be medieval or post medieval ridge and furrow. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
