The possible site of a medieval shrunken village is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery [1] at the eastern end of Spetisbury village between the A350 and the Somerset and Dorset Joint Railway. The site covers an area of 3.5 hectares and is associated with banked field boundaries and possible broad ridge and furrow on its northeast side. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
