Summary
An extensive post medieval drainage system is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 adjacent to the River Stour, to the east of Charton Marshall. It is still extant on recent lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. It covers an area of 35 hectares.
