A triangular area of parallel cultivation marks, probably post-medieval narrow ridge and furrow, are visible as earthworks to the east of Tarrant Rawston on aerial photographs dated 1948 and on current lidar imagery. A banked linear feature dividing the area and a ditched linear feature bordering the cultivation marks to the east may be field boundaries of likely post-medieval date, although the ditched linear boundary may be earlier in origin. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
