Summary

A system of perpendicular banked field boundaries is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and earthworks on lidar imagery to the southeast of Tarrant Keyneston village. The boundaries are considered to be medieval or post medieval in date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Full Description

A system of perpendicular banked field boundaries is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and earthworks on lidar imagery to the southeast of Tarrant Keyneston village [1-2]. The boundaries cover an area of over 37 hectares and are considered to be medieval or post medieval in date. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
