Two sub-circular ditched hollows are visible as earthworks on the east side of Keyneston Down, Tarrant Rawston, on Environment Agency lidar imagery. The features are considered likely to be post-medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Two sub-circular ditched hollows are visible as earthworks on the east side of Keyneston Down, Tarrant Rawston, on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features are considered likely to be post-medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
