Summary

Ditched linear features are visible as cropmarks on the west side of Tarrant Rushton airfield on aerial photographs. The features overlie a later prehistoric curvilinear enclosure (MDO32034/NRHE Hob UID 1622747 and are thought likely to be trackways and/or field boundaries of probable post medieval date. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Ditched linear features are visible as cropmarks on the west side of Tarrant Rushton airfield on aerial photographs [1]. The features overlie a later prehistoric curvilinear enclosure (MDO32034/NRHE Hob UID 1622747 and are thought likely to be trackways and/or field boundaries of probable post medieval date.
