Fragments of an extensive field system are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery in fields surrounding Travellers Rest, Durweston [1]. The features may be of prehistoric or medieval/post medieval date and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AI&M Project; on the eastern side they are potentially a continuation of the field system described in MDO3767.
