Summary
A series of parallel bank features are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery at The Milldown, Blandford Forum. The banked features extend for 13 hectares and appear to be the remains of a medieval strip field system although an earlier origin is possible. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
