Higher Kingsland Farm is of 17th century date with cob walls. There is a later addition on the south. <2-3>
Higher Kingsland Farm (name confirmed by occupier)is a small, well-preserved farmhouse of cob and stone, lacking external features of dateable antiquity. A small barn has been added at the south end at an unknown date. <4>
