A house built in the seventeenth century. The building is of stone. Surviving original features of the interior are reported to include a fireplace in the south wing.

Full Description
The house is of 17thc. date. It retains an original 2-light window. <2>
Known as MELPLASH FARM. It has a 17th cent fireplace in a bedroom in the south wing but otherwise I know nothing of its history <3.1>. A well preserved stone built farmhouse. The west wing is a later addition which lacks any external dateable feature, but is well weathered. The south wing is the original portion and has the window referred to in T2 in its southern face. Classification in T2 is accepted. <3>
