Summary
Linear ditched features to the east of Tarrant Monkton are visible as cropmarks on an aerial photograph dated 2015. The features may be trackways and/or field boundaries of later prehistoric origin, possibly associated with an area of settlement, potentially of Iron Age to Roman date. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description
A cluster of pits and fragments of ditches could indicate the site of a later prehistoric settlement. They were recorded as cropmarks on 2015 Historic England oblique aerial photographs. They are centred at ST 9581 0893. <1>
Linear ditched features to the east of Tarrant Monkton are visible as cropmarks on an aerial photograph dated 2015 <2>. The features may be fragments of trackways and/or field boundaries of later prehistoric origin, possibly associated with an area of settlement, potentially of Iron Age to Roman date. They may be associated with rectilinear enclosure to the west and northwest (MDOs 45140, 45141). They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
