Full Description

In the parish of WITCHAMPTON and in the field adjoining The Roman villa (ST 90 NE 16) some workmen came upon several buried skeletons. <1> No information was gained during fieldwork about these burials. As they were possibly found close by the site of a Roman Villa it is possible that they may represent RB burials. <2>
