Summary
A farmhouse built in the seventeenth century, in two stages. The building has timber-framed walls and a thatched roof. Surviving features of the interior are reported to include stop-chamfered ceiling beams.

Full Description
Holly Farm cottage, of one storey with an attic, has timber-framed walls and a thatched roof. Junctions in the
framework shows that the building was erected at two periods, both in the 17th century. Stop-chamfered ceiling beams are exposed. <1>
