Summary
Cultivation remains including contour and strip lynchets, now largely destroyed or denuded, over a large area. The record for this monument has been enhanced with support from Wessex Water.
A system of banked field boundaries and cultivation marks are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the north of Nutford Farm, they are partially marked on the Ordnance Survey 1st edition map and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project.

A system of banked field boundaries and cultivation marks are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery [2] in fields to the north of Nutford Farm. They are partially marked on the Ordnance Survey 1st edition map [3] and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project.
