Summary
Ditched curvilinear features are visible as earthworks to the east of Lytchett Matravers on 1940s aerial photographs. The features are within fields shown as rough ground on historic OS mapping and are considered likely to be historic trackways of potentially post medieval origin. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description
Ditched curvilinear features are visible as earthworks to the east of Lytchett Matravers on 1940s aerial photographs [1]. The features are within fields shown as rough ground on historic OS mapping and are considered likely to be historic trackways of potentially post medieval origin. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. The features are no longer visible on 2021 APGB imagery.
