Full Description
The cropmarks of a possible Iron Age or Roman enclosures is visible on aerial photographs taken in 2006. This is associated with the cropmarks of the field system recorded as SY 69 NE 37 and are centred on SY 7025 9510. The diagonal linear cropmark to the south of these enclosures appears to follow the line of the Ridgeway. <1-3>
