A subcircular mound, 31m across, is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery <1> within The Plantation to the southwest of The Down House, Blandford St Mary. It is of uncertain date and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM. It lies at the bottom of a small dry valley and is therefore unlikely to be a round barrow.
