Summary
A dispersed group of 13 curvilinear mounds and hollows are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery and cropmarks on aerial photographs at the northern end of Anderston parish, to the south of Combs Ditch. They are between 14m and 55m across and are considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits; they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

A dispersed group of 13 curvilinear mounds and hollows are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery and cropmarks on aerial photographs at the northern end of Anderston parish, to the south of Combs Ditch.
