Summary
Two hollows are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the west of the Somerset and Dorset Junction Railway west of Littleton Farm, Blandford St Mary. They are 20-22m across and considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Two hollows are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery <1> to the west of the Somerset and Dorset Junction Railway west of Littleton Farm, Blandford St Mary. They are 20-22m across and considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
