Full Description

SU 04640894. An early - 17th century, two-storey cottage with timber frame and brick walls and a thatched roof. In the north and south elevations the timber framing rests on a plinth of brick and knapped flint. There used to be a square-headed five light windowon a projecting corbelled sill. The whole of the west wall contains a chimney breast with open fire-place, oven and stairs. <1>
