Summary
A World War two pillbox located on the west boundary of the grounds to Leeson House, Langton Matravers. The pillbox is square on plan, constructed of stone and brick. Embrasures are present in the north, south and west walls. The structure was constructed sometime between 1940-41. A field visit in 1998 found that the structure was roofless.

Full Description
Square pillbox on W boundary of grounds of Leeson House, now owned by Dorset County Council. Embrasures in N, S and W walls. Roofless. Made of stone blocks on the N, S and W walls; brick on E wall. Leeson House, Langton Matravers. <1-3>
HER comment: The grid reference in the NRHE is not correct. Exact location of pillbox is not known.
