Full Description
Fragments of an extensive banked field system of possible later prehistoric or medieval date are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery within Whatcombe Park, Winterborne Whitechurch. It covers an area of over 76ha and has been overlain by the medieval cultivation marks described in MDO5327. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project.
