Summary
A large hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the field to the northwest of Dolway Cottage, Winterborne Whitechurch. It is 30m across with an outer ring of spoil and is considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pit. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Full Description
A large hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the field to the northwest of Dolway Cottage, Winterborne Whitechurch <1>.
