Monument record MDO46419 - Probable Bronze Age bowl barrow, Furze Hill, Morden

A probable Bronze Age bowl barrow is visible as a ring ditch cropmark on a 2001 aerial photograph. The feature is the southwesternmost of a short linear arrangement of three barrows, part of a larger barrow group. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

A ring ditch visible as cropmarks on air photographs taken on July 25th 2001. It lies among a group of extant, if denuded, mounds, some of which are scheduled (see associated monuments). The cropmark comprises a dark circular area 15 metres in diameter surrounded by a ditch up to 28 metres in diameter.
