Summary

A low sub-circular mound in a field to the southwest of Miller's Corner plantation, Morden, is visible as a soilmark on a 1947 aerial photograph and as a low earthwork on current Environment Agency lidar imagery. The feature is considered to possibly be a Bronze Age bowl barrow and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description

A low sub-circular mound in a field to the southwest of Miller's Corner plantation, Morden, is visible as a soilmark on a 1947 aerial photograph and as a low earthwork on current Environment Agency lidar imagery [1, 2]. The feature measures approximately 26m in diameter and is considered to possibly be a Bronze Age bowl barrow and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
