Summary
Ridged and ditched linear features within a field to the south of Morden are visible within as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs. The features comprise three irregular areas of parallel ridges and ditches, all on slightly differing alignments. No boundary division between these areas is evident. They are considered to potentially be those of medieval ridge and furrow and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description
Ridged and ditched linear features within a field to the south of Morden are visible within as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs [1, 2]. The features comprise three irregular areas of parallel ridges and ditches, all on slightly differing alignments. No boundary division between these areas is evident. They are considered to potentially be those of medieval ridge and furrow and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. The features are no longer visible on available Google Earth imagery.
