Summary
Ridged and ditched linear features to the east of Lytchett Matravers are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs. The features are considered likely to be cultivation marks of potentially medieval to post medieval origin. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Ridged and ditched linear features to the east of Lytchett Matravers are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs [1]. The features are considered likely to be cultivation marks of potentially medieval to post medieval origin. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. The features are no longer visible on available Google Earth imagery.
