Four hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery, in fields to the northwest of Bere Down Farm, Bere Regis. They range from 17m to 45m across and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. They are considered likely to be the sites of post medieval chalk pits.
