Full Description

The house is of 17THC. origin but has later additions on the E. and S. The house and buildings are called MEDWAY'S FARM. <2> The 17THC. Building is a rectangular N.-S. block, built of stone, with modern windows and doorways and a thatched roof. From the N. end an additional wing is of similar construction; and at the S. end are a series of outbuildings. The house shows little external evidence of antiquity. <3>
