Summary

Parish Church. West Tower, 15th century. Rest of church entirely rebuilt in 1838-9 using 14th century Gothic features by Benjamin Ferrey, at expense of Robert Williams of Bridehead. West Tower, Nave with north aisle and south porch, chancel with polygonal sanctuary, north vestry. Crypt under chancel. Greensand rubble walls, with lias stone buttresses and window dressings.

Parish Church of St Thomas of Canterbury. C15th tower, rest entirely rebuilt in 1838-9 using C14th features, by Benjamin Ferrey, and comprises the chancel, nave, North vestry, North aisle and South porch. <1>
