Summary
In 1884, the first buildings of Boscombe Sanitary Hospital were built, designed by G R Andrews, consisting of an administrative block, ward block and laundry block with mortuary. Ward blocks added in 1894, 1897 and 1911 to designs by F W Lacey. Also known as Bournemouth Municipal Hospital.
