Summary
A roughly circular earthwork defined by a low bank and external ditch lies against the south side of the moat at Parsonage Farm, Stourpaine. This earthwork appears to be later than the moat and is labelled as a cockpit on historic maps. It is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project.
