Summary
A concentration of sub circular hollow features on Tenant's Bottom, to the southwest of Alton Pancras, are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery. The features are considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.
