A concentration of sub circular hollow features on Black Hill, Cerne Abbas, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery [1-4]. The features are considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.
