Summary
Bronze Age round barrow. In 1972 the RCHME reported that this monument had a diameter of approximately 45 feet and was almost flattened. The barrow is partially visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
The record for this monument has been enhanced with support from Wessex Water.

Full Description
The barrow is partially visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs <3> and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. Only the northwest third of the outer ring ditch is visible; the southern portion being cut by a modern field boundary. The barrow ring appears to have once been about 15m across and is immediately adjacent to another smaller ring ditch described in MDO44701.
