Full Description
'(1) THE PARISH CHURCH (dedication unknown) consists of Chancel, Nave and South Tower; the chancel and nave were rebuilt in 1879. A window of two trefoil ogee-headed lights reset in the N. wall of the chancel is of the 15th century origin. The tower was largely rebuilt in 1879, but the walls appear to be partly mediavel; they are of rubble with ashlar dressings. The archway on the S. has a chamfered two-centred head and continous jamb. Above, at the level of the belfry floor, two weathered string-courses are reset, one on top of the other
