A series of linear scarps bordering a trackway to the southwest of Wantsley Farm, Broadwindsor, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s. A medieval strip lynchet around 220m in length was already recorded on the northeast facing slope and it is likely the additional lynchets are more of the same. A trackway shown on the OS 1st Edition map has alinear bank on its easst side, which may be another lynchet. The site was digitally recorded during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
