Full Description
Drive Plantation Group comprises at least eleven round barrows, of which three and a long barrow lie in Wimborne St Giles. Those in Gussage All Saints have been levelled and are visible only as ring-ditches on air photographs (C.U.A.P., ANE 34, 35 <3>; N.M.R., SU 0015/6 <4>). They lie E. of the plantation on a gentle W. slope, between 220 ft. and 260 ft. above O.D.
