Full Description

A bowl barrow 60 yds south of the Ringwood-Wimborne road, has been badly damaged, especially by digging into the centre of the mound; diameter 65 ft, height 4 ft. <3> Bowl barrow south of the Ringwood to Wimborne road. This monument has been badly damaged, especially by digging into the centre of the mound. The barrow mound is 17m across and visible on aerial photographs <4-6>; it was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
