Summary
A Roman building was discovered here in 1939. Reports describe a rubble wall, and finds of stone roofing slabs, tiles and wall plaster suggest that this was a substantial high-status building, possibly a villa.

Full Description
The remains were found during levelling for the construction of a garage in 1939 and were presumably destroyed at that time. The owner could add no additional information. <2>
