Summary
A mound possibly representing a bowl barrow located near a disused sand pit. Grinsell listed it as a doubtful barrow. Ordnance Survey field investigation in 1954 recorded a mound 10.6 metres in diameter and 0.8 metres high, with no trace of a surrounding ditch. In view of its proximity to the sand pit, classification as a barrow was felt to be doubtful.

Full Description
Mound 10.6 metres diameter by 0.8 metres high, with no surrounding ditch, situated on a ridge and immediately south west of an old sand-pit. In view of its position, classification of the mound is in doubt. <2>
