Full Description

An evaluation in connection with a development proposal revealed a single pit containing pottery sherds of late seventeenth and early eighteenth-century date, with fragments of possible late medieval and more recent roof tile. The excavators concluded that the site was not subjected to intensive occupation in the medieval and post-medieval periods.
