Summary
A round barrow of a type known as a bowl barrow. Located south of Bowldish Pond in the bottom of the Crane valley. In 1975 this monument was reported as being about eighteen metres in diameter and around one metre high. At that time, the monument was in a ploughed field and the mound is much damaged by ploughing.

Bowl barrow, south of Bowldish Pond in the valley bottom of the River Crane, has been much damaged by ploughing; diameter 60 ft, height 3 1/2 ft. <1, 3>
