Summary
A round barrow of a type known as a bowl barrow. One of a dispersed group of bowl barrows within and at the southern end of Salisbury Plantation. In 1975 this monument was reported as being about 45 feet in diameter with a mound about 1½ feet high. At that time, the monument was crossed by a track, and had suffered considerable damage from traffic. The monument is in woodland.

Full Description
A bowl barrow, one of a dispersed group of 9 bowl barrows within and at the southern end of Salisbury Plantation. It was described by RCHME as a mound damaged by a track but measuring 45 feet in diameter and 1.5 feet high. <1-2>
NB this barrow was originally recorded as part of SU 01 NW 57.
