'Barrow; diam. 80 ft'. (1)
A sub-circular cropmark is visible at Knowlton on 1950s aerial photographs (2). The feature measures around 27.6m in diameter with a single 2.8m wide external ditch. The feature is probably a Bronze Age barrow; part of the Knowlton Barrow Group.
The feature is still visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs of 2002 and 2005 (3 and 4). It was digitally mapped by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
