Summary
The site of Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a plough-levelled mound on aerial photographs . It lies to the south of the southern henge of Knowlton Circles and is one of the extensive Knowlton Circles Barrow Group. The barrow is 16m across; it was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description
A group of three ring ditches just south of Knowlton Circles, in an area of bowl barrows. `B' - SU 02270935 & `C' - SU 02410939. Single ring ditches. <1>
The four round barrows described by authorities 1-2 have been mapped from aerial photographs by EH's Knowlton Circles Project. Their locations and dimensions were fixed more accurately by that survey: C - SU 0241 0939; 23.3m in diameter. Cropmark evidence indicated traces of mound material surrounded by a ring ditch. These barrows are part of a much larger group of round barrows extending southwards from the Knowlton South henge. <3-4>
