Summary

The site of plough levelled Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a cropmark ring ditch on aerial photographs . It lies to the SW of the southern henge of Knowlton Circles and is one of the extensive Knowlton Circles Barrow Group. The ring ditch is 7m across and only partially visible; it was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

The site of plough levelled Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a cropmark ring ditch on aerial photographs (1) . It lies to the SW of the southern henge of Knowlton Circles and is one of the extensive Knowlton Circles Barrow Group. The ring ditch is 7m across and only partially visible; it was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
