Full Description

The area to the east of the cross-ridge dyke at Upwey (SY 68 NE 56) has recently been ploughed, producing a widespread distribution of Late Bronze Age/Early Iron Age pottery, which agrees with the usual dating of such dykes; greatest density is on the northern slope. <1> (SY 658 850.
