Full Description
(Area centred SZ 013951) Worked flints and flakes found here. <1>
The flints and microliths were found in the field west of Cobbles (SZ 01369522) and Mr. Calkin believes they came from a Mesolithic flaking site. Perambulation of the area around Cobbles produced no evidence of Mesolithic activity and the occupier of the house knew nothing of the finds. <2>
